Wednesday, June 8th, we celebrated our volunteer community at a reception in the Learning Commons. St Jerome is very fortunate to have so many volunteers that are so generous with their time and their gifts. They help as literacy and numeracy coaches, as fundraisers, as special event organizers and helpers, as excursion supervisors, as Council members, and as food day volunteers. Our Kinders made special gifts of paper mache decorated lanterns for those who attended the reception. The St. Jerome community thanks you all.

We presented the St Jerome Community Builder Award to the Linda and Marcel Moncion's of the Moncion Independent Grocer.  The Moncions have supported St. Jerome since the school opened eleven years ago and have been wonderful community partners with the school. The award is presented to a person or organization that, through its support and actions, has made a significant and positive impact on the school community. Ms. Moncion was present to receive the award at our reception.
